El día de hoy te muestro algunos combos que hice hace unas semanas atrás. Tengo que aclarar que este no es mi máximo nivel ya que estoy pasando por un proceso de recuperación el cual me ha costado mucho y se siente como empezar desde cero.
Today I show you some combos that I made a few weeks ago. I have to clarify that this is not my maximum level since I am going through a recovery process which has cost me a lot and feels like starting from scratch.
Actualmente mi entrenamiento está enfocado en la práctica de combos tanto de estáticos como dinámicos ya que competiré dentro de unas semanas así que estoy adaptado a mi cuerpo a este tipo de combos nuevamente. El proceso está siendo muy difícil y las sensaciones no son tan buenas, sin embargo he progresado muchos desde que inició el año y eso es lo más importante, solo tengo que seguir trabajando duro y espero llegar a mi máximo nivel para el próximo año ya que se vienen competencias muy importantes tanto a nivel a nacional como internacional para el 2024.
Currently my training is focused on practicing both static and dynamic combos since I will compete in a few weeks so I am adapting my body to this type of combos again. The process is being very difficult and the feelings are not so good, however I have made a lot of progress since the year began and that is the most important thing, I just have to continue working hard and I hope to reach my highest level for next year since Very important competitions are coming both nationally and internationally for 2024.
