Plan B Or No Plan B

Do you have a plan B? Some people say when you have a plan B, you are not fully committed to implementing plan A. You know you have the second plan if plan A does not work.

So is having a plan B good? I think you should have a plan B. Having a plan B does not mean you are not completely focused on what you are doing. Instead, when you have a plan B, you will be more confident while taking action. You have reduced the risk.

The future is totally uncertain. You have the flexibility to make your plan when you have plan B. You are right about what is going to happen, but you cannot be wrong about the timing. So you can wait and work on something else if you have plan B.
