Hello my art-loving friends! We continue here with more art, in this art therapy book to reflect that I like very much.

We continue with page number three of the book, now I am coloring a page that contains a message from a book that I usually read, and there as this page does not have many details to color, I decided to focus on a cool color palette, with shades like blue, purple, various shades of pink including parts in which I applied gray and silver.

The flowers were colored like that, with that combination of colors, and for the pot I went to look for a reference of what combination goes well with the aquamarine green that I used for the leaves and it appeared that I could combine it with fuchsia and white and that's what I did, a simple coloring between those colors and I really liked the appearance that was left to that part of the drawing.

I share with you that besides coloring, my daughter gave me the idea that the watering can of the drawing needed a few drops of water for a nicer effect, and I dared to make some simple blue stripes in the form of water drops, very basic of course, but looking at it well it turns out that I do not trust my drawing skills so I was nervous to ruin the drawing with a bad stroke, but in the end the touch was fine.

I also colored the watering can with gray trying to simulate a metallic effect, I'm not sure if I like it but that's how it turned out, and the most important thing is that I finished the drawing by shading around each element with nothing more and nothing less than eye shadow, I have already talked about this technique, but you know I love it and it also allows to make more beautiful finishes in the drawings, I really recommend you to try it.

Finally I also tell you that I am looking for more materials to draw, these colored pencils are wearing out and I feel that I need more variety of tones, so that my drawings do not look almost always the same, because my preferences fail me and I end up always using the same ones, but well that's art, everyone has their own techniques and tastes and there is the real pleasure of doing it.

All images and videos are my property, taken and recorded with the camera of my Samsung A01 phone, the video edited in the CapCut App.
The drawing that I colored belongs to my book Arteterapia para Colorir e Refletir from Editorial Ciranda Cultural.
