¡Hola amigos de Hive y atletas de SWC! Hoy les comparto un video sobre mi entrenamiento de vuelta en el estadio donde conoci la calistenia, el cual se llama venoil, aqui fue donde hice mis primeros basicos, mi primer 360 y donde empecé en este maravilloso deporte.

Hace un tiempo habia dejado de entrenar aqui ya que sufri una caida bastante fea y cambie el lugar donde entrenaba, hace pocos quise probar entrenar en lugares distintos y volvi a este parque de barras, resultandome bastante entretenido ya que fui con amigos y pude entrenar bastante bien.
Some time ago I had stopped training here because I suffered a bad fall and I changed the place where I trained, a few years ago I wanted to try training in different places and I came back to this park of bars, I found it quite entertaining because I went with friends and I could train quite well.
Fue una experiencia bastante gratificante el volver a un lugar donde entrené y ver lo mucho que he mejorado
It was quite a rewarding experience to return to a place where I trained and see how much I have improved.
