¡Hola amigos de Hive y atletas de SWC! Hoy les compartiré el video que grabé el día de ayer, siendo este mi primer entrenamiento del año
Hello friends of Hive and SWC athletes! Today I will share with you the video I recorded yesterday, being this my first workout of the year.
Entrené un día luego de empezar el año ya que cumplí años el 31 de diciembre y ese día aparte de pasarlo en familia y amigos hasta la madrugada, de tarde entrené y como regalito de cumple saqué una negativa de hefesto
I trained one day after the beginning of the year since I had my birthday on December 31 and that day apart from spending it with family and friends until the early hours of the morning, I trained in the afternoon and as a birthday present I took a hefesto negative.
)El día de ayer me tocaba entrenar tirón, entrené aguantes de front, pull ups, y presses, con un poco de dolor en el bicep aún pero siendo un buen entrenamiento, el practicar el front en half me ha ayudado a mejorar la tecnica y poco a poco voy teniendo más palanca en este elemento, tambien de forma indispensable, entrené básicos, muscle ups y dominadas especificamente
Yesterday I had to train pull-ups, I trained front hold, pull ups, and presses, with a little pain in the bicep still but being a good training, practicing the front in half has helped me to improve the technique and little by little I am having more leverage in this element, also in an indispensable way, I trained basic, muscle ups and pull-ups specifically.
Empezando el año con un buen entrenamiento y con todas las ganas de este año dominar todos esos elementos !
