saludos #Hive y atletas de la Street workout community Soy José Luis Rivera mi nombre de usuario es @jose-sw31 y este no ya los vengo a traer una rutina que estoy empleando en algunos de mis entrenamientos de plancha para diversas progresiones de esta en mi caso por los momentos estoy haciendo esta rutina para empezar a realizar mis primeras full planche, algunas veces la logro lanzar con una buena técnica y postura otras veces no tanto pero es porque aún me falta algo de fuerza y debo de ir corrigiéndola, a continuación les mostraré la rutina que estoy haciendo para así ir mejorando mi fuerza y postura en este dicho estático de alta dificultad, espero que les guste.
