Hola Hola amigos y amigas EspaVloggers, espero que todo esté chévere y dandy. El día de hoy, el rey del norte no es el protagonista de esta entrada pero que no abunde el pánico porque hoy traemos a una protagonista muy especial. Mi señora madre quien es una advocada a las artes del yoga y recientemente Tai Chi. Mi mamá es una mujer a la que admiro mucho porque lleva un estilo de vida muy saludable. Aunque sea un poco escéptico con este tipo de practicas el ver la buena salud que tiene mi mamá me convence sin dudas de que no hay que subestimar las diferentes disciplinas ancestrales que hemos heredado. My lady mother who is an advocate for the arts of yoga and recently Tai Chi. My mom is a woman I admire very much because she leads a very healthy lifestyle. Although I am a little skeptical with this kind of practices, seeing the good health that my mom has, convinces me without a doubt that we should not underestimate the different ancestral disciplines that we have inherited.
