Personalmente estoy mejorando lo que es la postura aunque tengo que adaptarme para poder aguantar más segundos de plancha, últimamente me cuesta mucho aguantar pero es porque estoy intentando mejorar las posturas más que todo de la full plancha.
Personally I am improving my posture although I have to adapt myself to be able to hold more seconds of plancha, lately it is very difficult for me to hold it but it is because I am trying to improve the postures more than everything of the full plancha.
Aveces me siento un poco frustrado porque las cosas no salen todos los días, pero solo debemos tener paciencia y todo con dedicación lo podemos conseguir.
Sometimes I feel a little frustrated because things don't work out every day, but we just have to be patient and with dedication we can achieve everything.
