La noche de hoy tome la decisión de entrenar el tren inferior para mejorar un poco la fuerza, resistencia y definición de las piernas, la gran mayoría de los atlétas de calistenia y street workout dejamos de lado el tren superior, pero no eso no es bueno, las piernas son muy importantes.
