    Hoy pensé en una rutina de cardio con un par de cauchos que remplace de mi motocicleta, en casa podemos utilizar cualquier herramienta para ejercitar y afortunadamente tuve la idea de usar esto. Basicamente en mantener un trote constante moviendose de un punto A a un punto B y en este caso serian los cauchos, la clave para el cardio es no detenerse, si queremos tomar un pequeño respiro lo mejor es mantenr en movimiento las piernas, no perder el ritmo.

    Añadí también algunas variantes como jumping jacks para aumentar un poco más la dificultad, entre más velocidad quemaremos más calorías y eso es precisamente lo que buscamos con las rutinas de cardio... Aunque yo también suelo realizarlas como un calentamiento antes de un entrenamiento con pesas, si repetimos al menos 4 veces y la llevamos a cabo por lo menos 5 días a la semana estoy seguro de que notaras cambios importantes respecto a tu peso corporal.
