Hola amigos de ZDE, hace días compartí con ustedes un ensayo sobre una dramatización teatral del cuento de horror El Sabueso de H.P Lovecraft, que se llevó a cabo la noche de Halloween, después de ello queríamos hacer otra presentación para no dejarlo pasar así de simple, sin embargo, no se había encontrado el momento preciso para hacerlo, hasta que nos llegó la invitación de El Festival de Cine de Terror que se lleva a cabo en nuestra ciudad de San Cristóbal, la oportunidad perfecta para volver a presentar la secuencia de dramatizaciones de los cuentos de Poe y Lovecraft que habíamos preparado.

Hello friends of ZDE, days ago I shared with you an essay about a theatrical dramatization of the horror story The Hound by H.P. Lovecraft, which took place on Halloween night, after that we wanted to make another presentation to not let it go that simple, however, had not found the right time to do it, until we got the invitation of The Horror Film Festival that takes place in our city of San Cristobal, the perfect opportunity to re-present the sequence of dramatizations of the tales of Poe and Lovecraft that we had prepared.

Esta presentación se llevará a cabo el sábado 25 de noviembre, por lo que decidimos grabar una invitación con cada uno de los participantes, las dramatizaciones serán, El Sabueso de H.p Lovecraft, El Cuervo, y Corazón delator de Edgar Allan Poe, en ese orden. Hoy se publica el primero video en el cual yo hago la invitación, y esto lo que quería compartir con ustedes.

This presentation will take place on Saturday, November 25, so we decided to record an invitation with each of the participants, the dramatizations will be, The Hound by H.p Lovecraft, The Raven, and Tell-Tale Heart by Edgar Allan Poe, in that order. Today the first video in which I make the invitation is published, and this is what I wanted to share with you.

Esta presentación supone un reto para nosotros, pues es un espacio mucho más amplio que donde realizamos la dramatización por primera vez, tuvimos que hacer una visita para marcar los movimientos, , conocer las dimensiones que nos obligan a trabajar la proyección de la voz con mayor atención para que se nos escuche. Es de cierto modo emocionante estar ante otro tipo de público y en otro espacio, pues todo ello es parte del quehacer actoral y es bueno experimentarlo, salir de la zona de confort de la sala de teatro en donde nos estamos formando.

This presentation is a challenge for us, because it is a much larger space than where we performed the dramatization for the first time, we had to make a visit to mark the movements, to know the dimensions that force us to work on the projection of the voice with greater attention so that we can be heard. It is somehow exciting to be in front of another type of audience and in another space, because all this is part of the acting work and it is good to experience it, to get out of the comfort zone of the theater where we are being trained.

All my presentations have been attended by a theater-loving artist named Victor Nous, who does not miss the opportunity to capture on canvas or on paper some of the moments and characters of each presentation, and I want to share here his drawings, inspired by our work, which I think are incredible.

Yo espero además compartir con ustedes en algún momento un video de una presentación pero hasta el momento no tengo ninguno completo , pues no ha habido una persona que se encargue de ello.

I also hope to share with you at some point a video of a presentation but so far I don't have a complete one, as there hasn't been a person to take care of it.
