Este post se concentrara en mostrarles que ejercicios se enfocaran o les ayudaran a ganar la fuerza y explosividad para el movimiento ya que efectivamente hay dos formas de hacer flexiones, una es por fuerza bruta mediante la cual podremos hacer la flexion controlada y limpia o explosiva, que basicamente podremos hacer muchas repeticiones en poco tiempo sin cuidar la postura y recortando el tiempo de bajada y subida.
