Después de mucho postergarlo, finalmente me animé a compartir mi primer #ThreeShort y me complace mucho que sea para presentar a una de mis personas favoritas, quien me sorprendió gratamente con un mensaje que vale la pena compartir.

Déjenme darles un poco de contexto: mi hijo Samuel ha querido aprender a patinar desde hace rato, pero estaba temeroso porque nunca antes lo había intentado, así que temía caerse y lastimarse. No obstante, decidió tomar el riesgo e intentarlo de todos modos, entendiendo que solo así podría superar sus miedos y cumplir su sueño.

Les confieso que inicialmente planeé hacer este corto solo para documentar su progreso y mostrar su evolución. Sin embargo, durante la grabación, le hice una pregunta casual y su respuesta fue tan motivadora y relevante para la vida cotidiana, más allá del patinaje, que supe que era el video ideal como bienvenida al mundo del videoblog, el cual reconozco que me cuesta bastante...pero, en palabras de Samuel: solo debo levantarme y seguir patinando.

After postponing it for a long time, I finally decided to share my first #ThreeShort, and I am very pleased that it is to introduce one of my favorite people, who pleasantly surprised me with a message worth sharing.

Let me give you a little context: my son Samuel has wanted to learn how to skate for a while, but he was fearful because he had never tried it before, so he was afraid of falling and getting hurt. However, he decided to take the risk and try it anyway, understanding that only then could he overcome his fears and fulfill his dream.

I confess that I initially planned to make this short film just to document her progress and show her evolution. However, during the recording, I asked him a casual question and his answer was so motivating and relevant to everyday life, beyond skating, that I knew it was the ideal video as a welcome to the world of videoblogging, which I admit I have a hard time with...but, in Samuel's words: I just have to get up and keep skating.
