Hola saludos nuevamente comunidad de @hiveio y @fulldeportes hoy les mostrare una sesión de sparring con mi compañero y amigo Javier Rivas. Este post está escrito en español y traducido al inglés para la comodidad de todos los lectores.

El sparring se va a llevar a cabo siguiendo la reglas del full contact, es decir. Es válido golpear con los puños de la cintura para arriba y de la misma forma se valen los golpes de puño con giro, las patadas de la cintura para arriba y los barridos a las piernas del oponente también son validos. Hicimos 3 asaltos de 3 minutos cada uno con un minuto de descanso entre cada asalto.

The sparring is going to be carried out following the rules of full contact, ie. It is valid to hit with fists from the waist up and in the same way spinning punches, kicks from the waist up and sweeps to the opponent's legs are also valid. We did 3 rounds of 3 minutes each with one minute rest between each round.
