    Hello everyone, I will make balanced nutrition salad, delicious taste, and easy to make: chicken corn salad
    This salad contains the nutrients your body needs: Protein, carbohydrates and a small amount of fat as well as minerals, vitamins and fiber. The salad dressing is also homemade, easy and healthier without the addition of excessive fat. The type of fat chosen is unsaturated fat which is better for the body.
    Here's the recipe:

    Chicken Corn Salad

    Ingredients:
    1 chicken breast fillet
    150g sweet corn
    A few pieces of lettuce
    1 stalk of cherry tomatoes
    2 scallion
    ยฝ cucumber
    Olive oil
    Salt
    Pepper

    method:
    Slice the scallion and tomatoes
    Dice cucumber
    Slice lettuce
    Sautรฉ sweet corn in a little oil
    Slice chicken breast fillets, fry in a skillet with a little oil
    Arrange on plate: chopped vegetables and sauteed corn, add about 2 tsp (or 1 tbsp) olive oil, sprinkle a little salt and pepper
    Add chicken slices on top

    Hi semua, saya akan membuat salad dengan gizi seimbang, rasanya enak, serta mudah cara membuatnya: salad ayam jagung
    Salad ini mengandung nutrisi yang dibutuhkan tubuh: Protein, Karbohidrat dan sedikit lemak serta mineral, vitamin dan serat. Saus untuk salad juga buatan sendiri, mudah dan lebih sehat tanpa penambahan lemak berlebihan. Jenis lemak yang dipilih adalah lemak tidak jenuh yang lebih baik untuk tubuh.
    Berikut ini resepnya:

    Salad Ayam Jagung

    Bahan-bahan:
    1 filet dada ayam
    150g jagung manis
    Beberapa lembar daun selada
    1 tangkai tomat ceri
    2 bawang prei kecil
    ยฝ mentimun
    Minyak zaitun
    Garam
    Merica

    Cara:

    Iris serong bawang prei
    Belah 2 atau 4, tomat ceri
    Iris kotak kecil mentimun
    Iris daun selada
    Tumis jagung manis dengan sedikit minyak
    Iris filet dada ayam, goreng di wajan datar dengan sedikit minyak
    Tata dipiring: sayur2an yang telah dipotong dan jagung yang telah ditumis, beri sekitar 2 sdt minyak zaitun , lalu taburi sedikit garam dan merica
    Beri irisan ayam diatasnya
    Salad siap dihidangkan
