Greetings to all on this excellent day
I am going to show you a new technique to prepare cold coffee, using a hand blender, coffee, and milk.
I must admit that it is a technique that for a long time has been calling my attention in preparations of different coffees prepared by baritas.
Now that I have my hand blender, I have the opportunity to try it myself, and begin to polish an endless number of techniques and recipes that we all love as coffee lovers.

After some information and previous practice, I managed to replicate a latte with ice, great for those hot afternoons, where we crave a coffee with milk, but besides being that it is cold and refreshing.
Ingredients
- 150ml liquid milk
- 75ml of coffee
- Ice cubes
- Sugar to taste
As for the materials, powdered milk is also useful, the coffee depends on each person's taste.
Personally, as I always say, I like pure roasted coffee.
This type of coffee is good for espresso, American coffee and some cold coffees.
The technique I use with the spoon is not to break with the harmony of the milk and the foam and to obtain that contrast between both liquids that would be the coffee and the milk.
Last but not least, the amount of ice cubes varies according to the taste of the people who are preparing it.
Certainly, with this type of technique it opens the way to an infinity of coffees, which I will soon be showing you.
