En varias ocasiones @yanerkidiaz, mi prima, me ha invitado muy amablemente a una de estas actividades campesinas en las que ella participa. A las que frecuenta de manera regular, prácticamente religiosamente, pues todos conocemos de su gran afición por la décima y el punto cubano. Además de que nació con este peculiar don por la poesía que admiro mucho, y que según nos ha contado, su padre se lo transmitió. Este don del que nos ha traído a la colmena muchas décimas bien cubanas, creando de esta manera su sello particular bien original para el contenido que realiza en su Blog.

Este día, que recuerdo casualmente era un miércoles, si no me falla la memoria, me encontraba en algunas gestiones personales en la ciudad Pinareña con mi papá. Pero mi prima nos había compartido en el grupo de WhatsApp, que tenemos los hivers de Vueltaabajo, una invitación a participar en esta peña que se realizaría en el centro cultural Hermanos Loynás. A la que asistirían algunos hivers a los que no tenía el placer aun de conocer personalmente, por lo que no podía perderme por nada esta oportunidad.

En este video les comento lo bien que la pasamos ese día, al menos mi propia versión, pues nuestros compañeros les han compartido sus opiniones de tan cita, les muestro algunas imágenes audiovisuales que pude tomar con mi teléfono de estos artistas del verso improvisado, de los que tengo que decir que son unos maestros de la improvisación. Por temas de derechos de autor no puedo dejarles las décimas que allí se entonaron, pero espero que les guste mucho el video. Como mismo me gustó a mí, que puse de mi parte gran esfuerzo para llevarles este momento encantador entre amigos, décimas, punto guajiro cubano.

Otro momento de lujo fue cuando se me ocurrió en plena canturía hacerle una videollamada vía WhatsApp a @nanixxx, para que viera a los muchachos reunidos. La verdad, no entendí nada de lo que me decía con el audio a todo tren, pero el: "Eduardo, tú estás loco" se le notaba en la cara feliz de cumpleaños 😂. Por cierto, les cuento que dejé lo mejor para el final, es una décima que nos regaló @yanerkidiaz, la cual espero que les guste mucho, porque está dedicada en gran medida a todos nosotros, los colmeneros de Hive, así que no se la pierdan. No sé si se me escapa algo más por decir, pero aprovecho la oportunidad para desearles unas felices fiestas a todos, un próspero año nuevo en familia, como amigos y muchas bendiciones para todos. Cuídense mucho mi gente.

On several occasions @yanerkidiaz, my cousin, has very kindly invited me to one of these peasant activities in which she participates. She attends them regularly, practically religiously, because we all know of her great fondness for the Cuban décima and punto cubano. Besides the fact that she was born with this peculiar gift for poetry that she admires very much, and that according to what she has told us, her father transmitted it to her. That day, which I remember coincidentally was a Wednesday, if my memory serves me correctly, I was doing some personal business in the city of Pinar del Río with my father. But my cousin had shared with us in the WhatsApp group, which we hivers of Vueltaabajo have, an invitation to participate in this peña that would be held at the cultural center Hermanos Loynás. Some hivers that I had not yet had the pleasure of knowing personally would attend, so I could not miss this opportunity for anything.
