A week or so ago I went to train at chiqui's house and tried the double 540, one of my favorite tricks in calisthenics, I did not succeed but shortly after I went again and tried it, it cost me a lot and I hit myself a lot, but in the end after several attempts I managed to catch one, I took the elbow hit but it came out hahahahahah.
I also practiced the gienger, some turns, and trained basics, it was a good training !
