    Bueno amigos de hive y @fulldeportes en este vídeo que acabo de publicar, estamos haciendo 5 ejercicios para fortalecer el tren superior de la espalda tales como son:
    Well friends of hive and @fulldeportes in this video that I just published, we are doing 5 exercises to strengthen the upper back such as:

    Dominadas. Dominadas cerradas. Dominadas supinas. Dominadas con balanceo. Dominadas tras nuca.
    Pull-ups. Closed chin-ups. Supine chin-ups. Pull-ups with swinging. Pull-ups behind the neck.

    La cual haremos 4 series de 12 repeticiones cada una con dos minutos de descanso.
    Which we will do 4 series of 12 repetitions each with two minutes of rest.

    Cabe recalcar que en las dominadas se trabaja la espalda, pero también se involucran muchos músculos importantes tales como el biceps, el trapecio, el antebrazo, partes del hombro, la dominada es un ejercicio excelente para desarrollar bastante fuerza y potencia.

    Trabajamos varios tipos de dominadas con diferentes agarres, en esta ocasión trabajamos solo con agarres pronos y supina, según el agarre depende también que músculo trabajamos.
