    Buen día, amigos de @fulldeportes, espero estén bien en esta oportunidad comparto con ustedes un circuito de super series que haremos combinado para fortalecer todo el tren superior, y aumentar la masa muscular y crear hipertrofia.
    Good morning, friends of @fulldeportes, I hope you are well on this occasion. I share with you a circuit of super series that we will combine to strengthen the entire upper body, and increase muscle mass and create hypertrophy.

    Trabajaremos un circuito que consta de 5 ejercicios, todo totalmente seguido sin descanso.
    We will work a circuit that consists of 5 exercises, all totally followed without rest.

    Para esta rutina solo necesitamos, un silla, dos mancuernas, un disco, y una toalla y las ganas para entrenar duro💪🏽.
    For this routine we only need a chair, two dumbbells, a record, and a towel and the desire to train hard💪🏽.


    ¿Que son las super series?
    What are the super series?

    Una super serie, es un método de entrenamiento físico consiste en la realización de un ejercicio inmediatamente después de haber realizado otro ejercicio diferente, sin descanso entre ambas series, con el objetivo de elevar y favorecer la hipertrofia muscular.
    A super series is a physical training method that consists of performing an exercise immediately after having performed a different exercise, without resting between both series, with the aim of raising and promoting muscle hypertrophy.

    Realizaremos, 4 vueltas de este circuito super series, que consta de 5 ejercicios lo cual descansaremos aproximadamente de 3 a 5 minutos, ya que estamos produciendo hipertrofia y llevando los músculos a otro límite, por lo tanto necesitamos un buen descanso para continuar con la sesión.
    We will perform 4 laps of this super series circuit, which consists of 5 exercises, which we will rest for approximately 3 to 5 minutes, since we are producing hypertrophy and taking the muscles to another limit, therefore we need a good rest to continue with the session.

    Este circuito de super series normalmente la hago es una sola vez por semana, cuando quiero crear hipertrofia muscular y trabajar todo el tren superior completo.
    I normally do this super set circuit once a week, when I want to create muscle hypertrophy and work the entire upper body.
