    Cuando nos empezamos a ejercitar a diario es normal que después de un largo periodo de sedentarismo nuestros músculos sufran alguna contracturas a causa de los ejercicios y nuestra zona lumbar también pueda padecer alguna molestia producto de realizar algún ejercicio de la.forma incorrecta. En este caso es recomendable que al menos una vez por semana realicemos algunos ejercicios de estiramiento que además de ayudarnos a descontracturar los músculos nos van ayudar a ganar más elasticidad. Es importante no tensar demasiado los músculos ya que en lugar de aliviar las molestias nos podría causar una lesión muscular.
