Fresh Sweet Creamy Chayote Corn Soup

Still really sunny day but I want to eat fresh sweet creamy soup.

Big chayote and sweet corn in my kitchen gave me the new idea. I think that's good idea to combaine them.

Well, first thing I do, I have to make sure if people outhere has did similar combination. That's really great people out there did similar idea!

So, here the ingredients for 2-3servings:

• A half of big chayote (you can also use baby chayote about 2-3 chayote)
• 1 sweet (you can also use canned kernels for about 1/2 cup.)
• 1 clove of garlic, sliced
• (optional) red onion
• 1/2 tsp of salt
• 1/2 tsp of pepper
• 300 ml of coconut milk or another type of plant-based milk
• 100 ml of water
