Seguimos inspirados con los colores que realzan los alimentos. El segundo color a desfilar que representa el arcoalimento es el Verde, para muchos es un color que promueve el bienestar, fomenta la esperanza, simboliza la naturaleza y la buena suerte, pero en esta oportunidad es uno de mis colores favoritos porque mis ojos brillan de verde. Dicho todo esto, comparto una bebida verde que preparó una amiga para recibirme en su casa y disfrutar de una merecidas vacaciones de 4 días en la provincia Bahía Blanca de Argentina.

Les confieso que el Jugo Verde me impactó la mezcla de los ingredientes, les aseguro que la manzana verde le da el toque dulzor y la combinación del limón es perfecta para hacer la fusión del cítrico con el dulce de la manzana que es el ingrediente favorito para mí en este jugo.

We continue to be inspired by the colors that enhance food. The second color to parade that represents the arcoalimento is Green, for many it is a color that promotes wellness, promotes hope, symbolizes nature and good luck, but this time it is one of my favorite colors because my eyes shine green. Having said all this I share a green drink that a friend of mine prepared to welcome me at her home and enjoy a well deserved 4 day vacation in the province of Bahia Blanca in Argentina.

I confess that the Green Juice impressed me with the mix of ingredients, I assure you that the green apple gives the sweet touch and the combination of lemon is perfect to make the fusion of citrus with the sweetness of the apple which is the favorite ingredient for me in this juice.

INGREDIENTES	INGREDIENTS
2 manzanas	2 apples
1 pepino	1 cucumber
2 tallos de apio españa	2 celery stalks spain
1 limón	1 lemon
Azúcar al gusto	Sugar to taste
1 vaso de agua	1 glass of water
Hielo	Ice

Preparation	Preparación

Colocar el hielo en la licuadora, incorporar los pedazos cortados de todos ingredientes y el vaso de agua. Cuando esté bien licuado, agregar limón y el azúcar. Servir en vasos y decorar.

Place the ice in the blender, add the chopped pieces of all ingredients and the glass of water. When well blended, add lemon and sugar. Serve in glasses and garnish.

En esta ocasión bebimos el Jugo Verde en el jardín de mi amiga. Un espacio lleno de vida y paz para compartir y disfrutar del entorno. Además saludable por los beneficios que brinda la bebida como vitaminas, diurético, antiflamatorio, hidrata, regula los niveles del colesterol, digestivo y mucho más, le agradezco a mi amiga que me informó sobre ello. Amigas se encuentran después de tanto tiempo, disfrutan de la compañía basada en la amistad en un ambiente de risas que contribuyó en crear un estado de relajación y felicidad mientras se deleitan la bebida Verde refrescante.

This time we drank the Green Juice in my friend's garden. A space full of life and peace to share and enjoy the environment. Besides healthy for the benefits that the drink provides vitamins, diuretic, anti-inflammatory, hydrates, regulates cholesterol levels, digestion and much more, I thank my friend who informed me about it. Friends meet after so long, enjoy the company based on friendship in an atmosphere of laughter that contributed to create a state of relaxation and happiness while enjoying the refreshing green drink.
