Llegamos al Sábado mis Guerreros de @fulldeportes hoy les tengo el tercer resumen del Reto Burpees, en el que estoy haciendo un burpees más por cada día del año, sin descanso, así que hoy es el día 20 del año y del Reto, les tengo un resumen desde el día 15 al 20 esta ha sido una semana, en la que realmente me he exigido un poco más, porque aún no he llegado al 100% de mi rendimiento físico, luego del virus, he estado entrenando a nivel medio, sin parar de hacer mis burpees claro está, hoy sábado aproveché el día y me fuí al polideportivo cerca de casa a entrenar bajo el sol y hacer mis burpees🔥

We arrived to Saturday my Warriors of @fulldeportes today I have for you the third summary of the Burpees Challenge, in which I am doing one more burpees for each day of the year, without rest, so today is the 20th day of the year and of the Challenge, I have a summary from day 15 to 20 this has been a week, in which I have really demanded myself a little bit more, because I haven?t reached 100% of my physical performance yet, after the virus, I have been training at medium level, without stopping to do my burpees of course, today Saturday I took advantage of the day and went to the sports center near home to train under the sun and do my burpees🔥.

Un mensaje que les quiero dejar de forma enfática, es que el progreso es la clave de este Reto, no es la perfección, sin embargo si tu mentalidad es la de hacerlo cada vez mejor, tu cuerpo te lo va a agradecer, esto es lo que me encantó de este Reto, no hay excusas que valgan, es Si o si, que tienes que hacerlos todos los días, ya llegamos a una zona interesante con los 20 Burpees💪🔥 y apenas es el inicio del mismo, cuando lleguemos al día 100, si que será brutal lo que hemos logrado todos, no sólo a nivel físico, la parte más importante es la mental, el demostrarte de forma diaria que si puedes enfrentarte a este Reto y dar un paso adelante es brutal, así que sigamos que esto apenas comienza 😃

A message I want to leave emphatically, is that progress is the key to this challenge, it is not perfection, however if your mentality is to do better and better, your body will thank you, this is what I loved about this challenge, there are no excuses that are worth, it is yes or yes, you have to do them every day, we have already reached an interesting area with the 20 Burpees💪🔥 and it is just the beginning of it, when we reach the 100th day, it will be brutal what we have achieved, not only physically, the most important part is the mental, showing you daily that if you can face this challenge and take a step forward is brutal, so let's continue this is just beginning 😃
