    Hola GUERREROS ya comenzamos una nueva semana y seguimos activos, les cuento algo que es quizas, un tema del que poco se habla y espero que se riegue como la polvora desde @fulldeportes, Todos los lunes al menos yo, me levanto Contracturado, me duelen los musculos y tengo 0% ganas de entrenar, es muy raro que me levante con unas ganas contagiantes de entrenar, si tu eres de los que entrenas, no me dejaras mentir, sabes que lo que te digo es real, el tema es que he aprendido a no prestarle atención a esto, si espero a estar motivado, con ganas o que esté el clima perfecto, jamás va a pasar, pero igual lo hago y esto es porque he aprendido a ser Disciplinado, sin importar la motivacion hay que entrenar ya que es parte de mi vida, como cepillarme y es la clave, así debes hacerlo tu también, va a costar un mundo? Si claro, pero valdrá la pena, cuando veas los resultados 👊😁

    Esto lo comento, porque a veces podemos distribuir de forma inteligente una rutina y con esta que les dejo aca, puedes hacer un entrenamiento levemente intenso, haciendo 50 Repeticiones de cada unode estos 4 ejercicios, pero distribuidos de manera que puedas completarlos, entonces como me sentía así, hice esta 5-10-15-20 de Burpees, Sentadillas, Flexiones y Animal Flow, luego iba rotando los ejercicios, para hacer igual repeticiones de cada uno, en las que varian las repeticiones, pero al final termino haciendo 50 Repeticiones de cada ejercicio, completando así 200 Movimientos en un día donde no quería entrenar tan fuerte, por eso te recomiendo hacer esto, cuando te toque entrenar y no sientes que estas al 100% de esta manera es tan versatil hacer estos entrenamientos en casa o cualquier lugar 🔥 espero les guste esta Rutina amigos, les mando saludos y bendiciones a todos👊
