    Les mando un gran saludo a todos los amigos de @fulldeportes, hoy estoy muy contento porque la rutina que les comparto a pesar de que son dos ejercicios en una rutina, he luchado para hacerla y terminar de pie 😂 ya que es muy exigente, para mi ha sido una prueba de fuego y lo había intentado varias veces, pero nunca había culminado la serie de lo cansado que estaba a mitad de la rutina, pero al fin pude lograrlo, con 17litros de sudor encima, pero se pudo 💪🔥

    La cosa es Simple, pero no fácil, son 2 ejercicios compuestos, aunque les dejo las opciones para hacerlo en modo básico y en modo avanzado, aquí la clave es dominar la técnica y la respiración, sin apurarnos, las repeticiones son 5-10-15-20-25-30 y listo se termina la rutina, algo que te sugiero hacer si lo haces en modo básico, llega hasta 20 y termina, mide tu tiempo y anotalo con la determinación de hacerlo en menos tiempo para la siguiente ocasión y tomate entre 30 y 45 seg para descansar, entre ejercicios 👊

    Un consejo para quienes ven esto y les parece imposible, la palabra IMPOSIBLE debe ser eliminada se tu mente cuando entrenas, el NO puedo NO existe, tu cuerpo sigue a tus pensamientos, por lo tanto dificil no significa imposible, solo debes aprender a practicar la tecnica de dicho ejercicio con la intensión de dominarlo y no que te domine a ti, así que ve por esta rutina y dale con todo💪🔥
