Traditional Wood Fire Cooking #27: Miki na Lomi

This video showcases the traditional Filipino style of home cooking using a wooden stove. This video feature a dish that I got to cook for the very first time in my life, it is called "Miki na Lomi".

We Filipinos love noodles very much in any form. One of the most popular noodle dishes in our country is "Lomi". Lomi is a dish that is characterized by its thick sauce, the ingredients can vary depending on the preferences of the person that cooks it. Most of the time it uses Lomi noodles. But since I don't have a Lomi noodle available I am going to use "Miki" as a substitute. Since this is the first time that I am going to cook this dish I do not know it using Lomi fits. But when I finished cooking I am very excited for my wife to have a taste of it, needless to say, it turned out perfect.
