    Greetings to all lovers of good food! Today I am pleased to share a delicious recipe in which I have put all my love thinking of my family, who are my favorite diners, this is beetroot and vegetable ravioli homemade. Join me in the step by step.

    ¡Saludos a todos los amantes de la buena comida! Hoy me complace compartir una deliciosa receta en la que he puesto todo mi amor pensando en mi familia, que son mis comensales favoritos, se trata de ravioles de remolacha y vegetales hechos en casa. Acompáñenme en el paso a paso.

    For this recipe we will need, for the dough: 1/2 beet, 1 cup of wheat flour, salt to taste, 2 tablespoons of soybean oil. For the filling: 1/2 onion with white head and 1/2 onion with red head, 1/2 branch of chives, fresh oregano, 1 tomato, 1 eggplant, 2 white cabbage leaves, 1/2 carrot, 1 potato, 1 chili bell pepper, 2 cloves of garlic.

    Para esta receta vamos a necesitar, para la masa: 1/2 remolacha, 1 taza de harina de trigo, sal al gusto, 2 cucharadas de aceite de soya. Para el relleno: 1/2 cebolla de cabeza blanca y 1/2 cebolla de cabeza roja, 1/2 rama de cebollín, oregano fresco, 1 tomate, 1 berenjena, 2 hojas de col blanca, 1/2 zanahoria, 1 papa, 1 ají, 2 dientes de ajo.

    Preparation

    -First we cut all the vegetables that will be our stuffing in small squares and we take them to the pressure cooker for 15 minutes.

    -While they are cooking, we are going to prepare the dough. In a bowl we add the flour, the oil, the salt and we blend the beet to extract its juice, we pass it through a strainer and we incorporate it to the dough. We knead energetically until we obtain a smooth and manageable dough.

    Preparación

    -Primero cortamos todos los vegetales que serán nuestro relleno en cuadros pequeños y los llevamos por 15 minitos a la olla de presión.

    -Mientras se cocinan, vamos a preparar la masa. En un tazón agregamos la harina, el aceite, la sal y licuamos la remolacha para extraer su jugo, pasamos por un colador e incorporamos a la masa. Amasamos enérgicamente hasta lograr una masa suave y anejable.

    -Then we stretch the dough so that it is very thin, I used a manual rolling pin. We make the marks where we are going to place the filling, add a spoonful of filling and cover with another layer of dough.cut and close the edges with a fork.

    -Luego estiramos la masa que quede bien fina, yo utilicé un rodillo manual. Ha emos las marcas donde vamos a colocar el relleno, agregamos una cucharada de relleno y tapamos con otra capa de masa.cortamos y con un tenedor cerramos los bordes.

    -We take to boiling water, so that the dough cooks well and then we pass to the sauce, which is the same broth where we cooked the stuffing and we add the blended tomato together with the oregano. Cook for 8 minutes in the pressure cooker and that's it. We have a totally homemade food, with all the nutrients of our favorite vegetables.

    -Llevamos al agua hirviendo, para que se cocine bien la masa y luego pasamos a la salsa, que es el mismo caldo donde cocinamos el relleno y agregamos el tomate licuado junto con el orégano. Cocinamos por 8 minitos en la olla de presión y listo. Tenemos un alimento hecho totalmente en casa, con todos los nutrientes de nuestros vegetales favoritos.
