Documentando mi día a día

Happy start of the week, Monday July 31, how fast the year is advancing. Today I want to continue documenting my day to day life from here, one of the places that saw me grow up, the Bella Vista court.

Every day I spent hours and hours doing sports and I felt that my days were amazing. I am convinced that it has to do with feeling good, with energy, health of body and mind.
I tell you that these days I have been quite productive and I firmly believe that it is linked to my return to physical activity.

So I invite you to move, activate your bodymind and awaken every cell of your being. So far, happy week to all. Greetings.

Feliz inicio de semana, lunes 31 de julio, que rápido avanza el año. Hoy quiero seguir documentando mi día a día desde aquí, uno de los lugares que me vio crecer, la cancha de Bella Vista.

Todos los días pasaba horas y horas haciendo deporte y sentía que mis días eran increíbles. Estoy convencida de que tiene que ver con sentirse bien, con la energía, la salud del cuerpo y de la mente.

Les cuento que estos días he estado bastante productiva y creo firmemente que está ligado a mi vuelta a la actividad física. Así que os invito a moveros, a activar vuestro cuerpo-mente y a despertar cada célula de vuestro ser. Hasta aquí, feliz semana a todos. Saludos.
