    English Version

Hello to everyone in the Music community! Today I bring you a new cover here. It's the song "One Last Breath" by the American band, Creed. The song belongs to the album, Weathered, released in 2002 and reached the sixth place in the Billboard Hot 100 chart, making it also one of their best songs and fondly remembered by fans.

The song was composed by the band's vocalist, Scott Stapp, working on it for a few weeks and then being taken to Florida to be recorded and included in the album. The lyrics seem to talk about how in a state of confusion, where the future is uncertain and what is certain is the past, will and faith can make us take strength to face whatever comes our way. How between life and death, a few feet above the abyss, only a power greater than us could take us away from there, make us conscious and courageous. Perhaps it refers to God's power over people. Although I prefer to think that the will is in oneself, finding resilience and courage.

I hope you enjoy this work very much. This time it took me a little longer to upload this song because honestly I was not satisfied with some details but, I hope to correct some mistakes and that things will be better. If you want to suggest me any song that you want me to upload here, you can let me know through the comments. Without more to say, thank you very much for watching, reading, voting or not, commenting and stopping by my blog. I send a big hug to all of you. See you next time.

    Lyrics/Letra

Please come now I think I'm falling
I'm holding on to all I think is safe
It seems I found the road to nowhere
    And I'm trying to escape
I yelled back when I heard thunder
But I'm down to one last breath
And with it let me say, let me say
    Hold me now
I'm six feet from the edge and I'm thinking
Maybe six feet ain't so far down
I'm looking down now that it's over
Reflecting on all of my mistakes
I thought I found the road to somewhere
    Somewhere in His grace
I cried out heaven save me (save me)
But I'm down to one last breath
And with it let me say, let me say
    Hold me now
I'm six feet from the edge and I'm thinking
Maybe six feet ain't so far down
    Hold me now
I'm six feet from the edge and I'm thinking
Maybe six feet ain't so far down, I'm so far down
    Sad eyes follow me
But I still believe there's something left for me
So please come stay with me
'Cause I still believe there's something left for you and me
For you and me for you and me
    Hold me now
I'm six feet from the edge and I'm thinking
    Hold me now
I'm six feet from the edge and I'm thinking
Maybe six feet ain't so far down
    Hold me now
I'm six feet from the edge and I'm thinking
Maybe six feet ain't so far down
Please come now I think I'm falling
I'm holding on to all I think is safe
