I am currently feeling flu-like, and it requires me to make some adaptations to my daily routine. As some may know, playing the trumpet is a physical activity that can be very rewarding, but can also be demanding on the body. Trumpeters must take steps to protect their health and prevent injuries. I usually have a sedentary and inactive life due to my work and my studies. Every day I spend hours sitting in front of the computer either programming or studying. To have balance I strive to exercise regularly, such as walking and running. To avoid injuries, I usually stretch, which helps me maintain the flexibility of my muscles and joints. I also take some breaks or active pauses during my practice or performance sessions. When it comes to health it is important to give yourself a break and have a routine focused on protecting your health.

Actualmente ando con malestar gripal, y requiere que haga algunas adaptaciones a mi rutina diaria. Como algunos sabrán, tocar la trompeta es una actividad física que puede ser muy gratificante, pero también puede ser exigente para el cuerpo. Los trompetistas deben tomar medidas para proteger su salud y prevenir lesiones. Suelo tener una vida sedentaria e inactiva por mi trabajo y por mis estudios. Cada día paso horas sentado al frente de la computadora ya sea programando, o estudiando. Para tener un equilibrio me esfuerzo por hacer ejercicio regularmente, como caminar y correr. Para evitar lesiones acostumbro a realizar un estiramiento que me ayuda a mantener la flexibilidad de los músculos y articulaciones. También me tomo algunos descansos o pausas activas durante mis sesiones de práctica o interpretación. Cuando se trata de la salud es importante darse un respiro y tener una rutina enfocada en proteger la salud.
