It took my doctor looking me in the eyes and pointing out I needed to workout regularly in order to avoid complications from a health condition I suffer from to get me back in workout mode. I also realized I didn't need an intense workout as we do at the gym and a home workout or long walks was just fine.
My partner and I set up our living room area and followed workout tutorials we found online. We did 5 sets of each ab exercise and 2 sets for aerobics. It wasn't as intense as the gym but it got us sweating and that's our aim. I still will go to the gym when I can but then I'll have to caution myself when I'm there.
