    He venido estudiando el yoga terapéutico, y en especial porque estoy dando clases personalizadas de yoga y una de las estudiantes, a menudo tiene dolores en la ciática. Esto me llevo a investigar, estudiar e indagar profundamente el porque del dolor, cuales son las causas y consecuencias . Debo decir que esto me tiene encantada, ya que el cuerpo humano me resulta perfecto y me parece que todo , empezando por nuestra mente, nuestras emociones y nuestro cuerpo esta super conectado. Somos energía infinita.

    Esta vez no me adentrare tanto en explicarles lo que es el nervio ciático, ni lo que lo origina, ni las causas y consecuencias a nivel emocional, espiritual y mental, ya que lo tengo muy fresco en mi mente y necesito canalizarlo y escribir específicamente y detalladamente todo lo relacionado del nervio ciatico o al menos lo que para mi es importante. Esta vez solo les mostrare unas posturas de yoga muy buenas para comenzar a aliviar los dolores. Espero que lo disfruten y puedan sanar y aliviar los dolores. Todo es posible mientras tu mente lo crea y tu cuerpo no ejecute.
