Sheeran revealed that the lyrics were inspired by his then-girlfriend, *Athina whom Sheeran met in early 2014. Sheeran later explain that he wrote the song "in a relationship at a really, really happy point.
Thinking out loud means to explain one thoughts in a way people will understand

Ed Sheeran directs the questions to his listeners. I said it earlier in one of my post that once a song leaves the hands of the artiste, it becomes whatever the audience translates it to be. Of course, the questions might be rhetorical or a convincing one to himself about his
way of explaining how much he loved Athina, Either way, It connect.

The second verse is his declaration of love which shows how wonderful his love to Athina . In this second verse, I get a hint of the important thing he is trying to say In particular, He wants to tell us that he will love her until they are old, this can be seen in the second verse "And darling I will be loving you 'til we're 70 / And baby my heart could still fall as hard at 23 ". The song then says that she falls in love with him every day. Which lady won't be amaze when listening to that? The choir is another wonderful way to say that she is in love with this girl.
Comprehensively, this song can be categorized as a charming romantic one that shows eternal love. From what I see from this song, I can only assume that Ed Sheeran will not change his voice anytime and that he will continue to win the listener with his clever love songs.

Moral Message
Cherish your lovers when old age is the same as you loved them when you where young. Treat your lovers well and love your lovers sincerely. Do not ignore your lovers when they are old.
