When is God's perfect time?

This is what I understand from this Brother Eli's video:

If you are obeying God's commandments, and following his will, you'll not be asking about God's perfect time. Gal. 6:10 admonishes us to do good unto all men as much as we have opportunity.

That means anytime we have a chance to carry out any good thing, that's God's perfect time. This is because you cannot always do a good thing every time you want to.

We know this is so because Satan can sometimes prevent us from doing a particular good thing. We can see this in 1Thes. 2:18 where Satan hindered Apostle Paul from visiting the Thessalonian Christians.

It means that Satan is always trying to prevent us from achieving the good things we are aiming at.

And so, God's perfect time is when situations permit us to do any good thing even in the face of hindrances.
