This game I am going to tell you about is a classic that has left its mark in the world of video games since its release in 1997. But which game am I talking about, without further ado, let me introduce you to Moorfrosch XS.

Espero que todos ustedes estén teniendo un excelente día lleno de éxitos. Hoy tengo el placer de regresar para compartir con ustedes mi experiencia de un juego que he disfrutado mucho durante mucho tiempo.

Este juego del cual les hablaré es un clásico que ha dejado su huella en el mundo de los videojuegos desde su lanzamiento en 1997. ¿Pero de cuál juego les hablo?, sin más preámbulos, permítanme presentarles a Moorfrosch XS.

When I think of Moorfrosch XS, I am instantly transported back to a time of pure fun and adventure. Not only was this game one of the first games I had the opportunity to play in my childhood, but it has also stood the test of time to become one of my favorites to this day.

I clearly remember the long days spent in front of the screen, with my friends gathered together, each eager to take control. We would face the game's challenges and celebrate each victory with laughter and excitement.

Although many years have passed since then, Moorfrosch XS remains a treasure in my gaming collection. The simple yet addictive gameplay, combined with its charming retro style, never fails to captivate me.

Cuando pienso en Moorfrosch XS, instantáneamente me transporto a una época de pura diversión y aventuras. Este juego no solo fue uno de los primeros que tuve la oportunidad de jugar en mi infancia, sino que también ha resistido el paso del tiempo para convertirse en uno de mis favoritos hasta el día de hoy.

Recuerdo claramente los largos días que pasaba frente a la pantalla, con mis amigos reunidos, cada uno ansioso por tomar el control. Enfrentábamos los desafíos del juego y celebrábamos cada victoria con risas y emoción.

Aunque han pasado muchos años desde entonces, Moorfrosch XS sigue siendo un tesoro en mi colección de juegos. La simple pero adictiva jugabilidad, combinada con su encantador estilo retro, nunca deja de cautivarme.

Moorfrosch XS, was developed by Phenomedia AG. It made its debut in the video game world in 1997. This gem of the arcade era captured the attention of gamers of all ages (including me of course), with its exciting gameplay and charming retro style.

Moorfrosch XS, fue desarrollado por Phenomedia AG. Este hizo su debut en el mundo de los videojuegos en 1997. Esta joya de la era de los juegos de arcade capturó la atención de jugadores de todas las edades (por supuesto esto me incluye), con su emocionante jugabilidad y su encantador estilo retro.
Con su lanzamiento, Phenomedia AG nos ofreció una experiencia única, desafiante y llena de diversión que sigue siendo querida por muchos hasta el día de hoy.

In Moorfrosch XS we dive into the exciting adventure of controlling a brave frog on his journey through swamps full of challenges. The main objective is to guide the frog safely from one side of the swamp to the other and get 3 flowers.

En Moorfrosch XS nos sumergimos en la emocionante aventura de controlar a una valiente rana en su travesía a través de pantanos llenos de desafíos. El objetivo principal es guiar a la rana de manera segura desde un lado del pantano hasta el otro y conseguir 3 flores.

We must avoid obstacles such as moving vehicles that can crush you if you are not careful, we must also avoid deep water, traps and dangerous insects .However, the journey is not just about survival, another key objective is to accumulate points.

To do so, players can eat insects scattered around the swamp, which increases their points. In addition, jumping over some cars on the road can also reward you with extra points and give you new lives.

Debemos evitar obstáculos como vehículos en movimiento que pueden aplastarte si no tienes cuidado, También debemos evitar el agua profunda, trampas y insectos peligrosos .Sin embargo, la travesía no es solo sobre supervivencia, otro objetivo clave es acumular puntos.
Para hacerlo, los jugadores pueden comer insectos dispersos por el pantano, lo que aumenta sus puntos. Además, saltar sobre algunos autos en la carretera también puede recompensarte con puntos adicionales y darte nuevas vidas.

Curious ways to die.

In the game there are some very curious ways to die that are very original and that I had never seen in other games. For example, as I mentioned in the paragraphs above, we can jump on top of the vehicles that we come across on the road to accumulate more points, but this has a trick.

If you spend more than 3 seconds on top of the car, it will open and you will fall into a trap. In total there are 2 types of cars that do this.

The first is a mobile restaurant, this one will turn you into cuisses de grenouille (a traditional French dish), which uses frog legs as the main course. Haha.😅

The second one is a cart that transports tar. If you fall into this one, you will die a crackling death. 😅

Maneras curiosas de morir.
En el juego hay algunas maneras muy curiosas de morir que son muy originales y que nunca había visto en otros juegos. Por ejemplo, como les comentaba en los párrafos de arriba nosotros podemos saltar encima de los vehículos que nos topemos en el camino para acumular más puntos, pero esto tiene truco.
Si pasas más de 3 segundos en la parte de arriba del carro, este se abrirá y caerás en una trampa. En total hay 2 tipos de autos que hacen esto.
El primero es un restaurant móvil, este te convertirá en cuisses de grenouille (un plato tradicional de Francia), que usa ancas de rana como plato fuerte. Jaja.😅
El segundo es un carro que transporta alquitrán. Si llegas a caer en este, morirás hecho un chicharrón. 😅

The following curious ways to die are found in the last section of the road that we must travel. Specifically in the swamp. To reach the shore we must jump on some objects, such as: logs, barrels, ferns, hippos (Yes you heard right hippos haha.😅) And finally trap boxes.

These are quite a surprise. Sometimes they can kill you, but sometimes they just let you pass. The funny thing is that you don't even have to jump over them to activate the trap, just by passing close you can die.

Las siguientes maneras curiosas de morir se encuentran en el último tramo de la carretera que debemos recorrer. Concretamente en el pantano. Para llegar a la orilla debemos saltar sobre algunos objetos, como por ejemplo: Troncos, barriles, helechos, hipopótamos (Si has escuchado bien hipopótamos jaja.😅) y finalmente cajas trampa.
Estas son toda una sorpresa. Algunas veces te pueden matar, pero otras simplemente te dejan pasar. Lo más curioso es que ni siquiera tienes que saltar por encima de ellas para que se active la trampa, con solo pasar cerca puedes morir.
