Jim Farley, the CEO of Ford, admitted the EV division is having serious challenges. Their loss per vehicle was down from the quarter before but they are still bleeding a lot of money. The guidance is that Ford will lose $4 billion this year on EVs. It was also stated that they will not reach the 2 million EVs production by 2026 nor will they push out 600K this year.
In this video I discuss how we are looking at a demise of Ford. This is a company that is showing the holes in its armor. However, it is not the only one. This is definitely a sign of what legacy auto faces.
