Ledger had a leak of data that led to personal information of users being exposed. This is another in a long line of hacks/leaks that take place on a regular basis.
In this video I discuss how blockchain needs to address this. Bitcoin is an ongoing example of how it has not been hacked in 12 years of operation. The drawback is that there is no privacy with blockchain as things are now. This is the challenge to the entire industry.
