There was an article that discussed Twitter decentralizing. I put it in quotes since it is not really doing that. What happened was Twitter released a new version of its API. This allows for third party developers to access features they were previously blocked from.
In this video I discuss how the lip service that is being paid is more important than the actual move. Decentralization is becoming more of a thought process for individuals.
