If someone is not used to being in water or being in a swimming pool, they will feel anxious and frightened when they are in the pool, especially if the pool is deeper.
Likewise, it is felt by my two young ponaan who are not used to being in a swimming pool, even they are not good at swimming.
One way that I do for them is to accompany them while in the pool and guide them about swimming techniques as a beginner.
For those who are not good at swimming it is indeed difficult to stay afloat on the pool water, it takes a long time to adjust to the water and get used to adapting to the pool.
My advice, for those who can't swim, you should adapt to a shallower pool first, so you can learn to adjust your body to water, a technique that I have already applied to my two nieces, after that I just tried them in a swimming pool that deeper, but not make them sink, at least their feet can still touch the floor in the pool.
Familiarizing my two nieces in a deeper pool is their resistance to learning to be better at adjusting their bodies to water, but they still helped me to prevent things that are not wanted or make them difficult or even traumatize them with water.
Well, for those of you who want to learn swimming you might try ways like I do, if you are afraid of being in the water then ask for help from people who better understand swimming to guide you and accompany you while in the pool.
