Street food is the adornment of every country and region. I often like to explore street food. The street food I am exploring today is called black gram. Black gram is soaked in water overnight and then fried and fried in hot salt when customers come to buy it. Thus different types of chickpeas are roasted in salt in different ways and today I have bought chhola chickpeas worth twenty rupees which was very tasty.

سٹریٹ فوڈ ہر ملک اور خطے کی زینت ہے۔ میں اکثر اسٹریٹ فوڈ تلاش کرنا پسند کرتا ہوں۔ آج میں جس اسٹریٹ فوڈ کی تلاش کر رہا ہوں اسے کالا چنا کہا جاتا ہے۔ کالے چنے کو رات بھر پانی میں بھگو کر رکھ دیا جاتا ہے اور پھر جب گاہک اسے خریدنے آتے ہیں تو گرم نمک میں بھون کر رکھ دیتے ہیں۔ اس طرح مختلف قسم کے چنے مختلف طریقوں سے نمک میں بھونے جاتے ہیں اور آج میں نے بیس روپے مالیت کے چھولے خریدے ہیں جو بہت لذیذ تھے۔
