Crypto 101 - Use web 2 as a traffic funnel

Introduction
We were asked to do some musical jingles for the CTT podcast by @theycallmedan and @starkerz who gave us a long list of things they wanted. This was really good fun for us, however we soon realised we did not really understand what all the things really meant. So because of this we asked them if we could interview them about what some of the words mean so we could make some short educational videos to help other people explain what they are talking about.

Education

CTT are looking at different projects and trying to educate people about what the projects are! We have been educated about the crypto space just by spending some time with them and we would recommend that you do the same. This week we knew a little bit of what they were talking about. Using traditional social media to funnel your audience to Hive, which is something we are very passionate about. Dan has a brilliant quote which we have started to use "you are a renter in web 2 and an owner on web 3". This is a very powereful statement and again makes you think about the ownership of your content and the censoprship resistence that web 3 brings. They also coin a phrase Web 2.5 which is almost pretending to be decentralised but isnt. So watch out for them and watch the CTT podcasts and chats to find out more about these projects.
