Hola como se encuentran en este día, espero que muy bien hoy les traigo una conversación con mi amigo prometeos donde le hago una pregunta que siempre tenía curiosidad, pues me resulta que una persona tranquila y muy calmada como muy relajada, la pregunta fue que es lo que te hace feliz, su repuesta me saco muchas sonrisas, pero si llegamos más en profundidad a analizar ciertas cosas importantes de la vida por ejemplo a veces decimos nos estamos ahogando en un vaso de agua, es muy cierto esto a veces los problemas de nosotros no son tan grandes como pensamos, pero sí que nos dejamos caer mucho en cada cosa que se nos atraviesa él dice que no es que no tenga vasos de agua donde se ahoga sino que no tienen tantos, su mesa está vacía esto me impresiono me resulto muy cierto nosotros somos seres con muchos vasos de agua donde nos ahogamos y pasamos de uno al otro como el ejemplo que di llego el recibo de la luz costoso y te estresas, que mi amiga no me escribe y de una es por mi culpa y la amiga por allá resolviendo sus cosas, entonces vamos poniendo muchos vasos de agua en la mesa la vamos llenando de pequeños problemas que al no tener más espacio en la mesa ósea la vida, se empiezan a derramar en estrés cuando menciono la palabra estrés dijo algo que dije bueno este será el título de este video porque cuánta razón tiene “EL ESTRÉS REPRESENTA LA ESCLAVITUD DEL ALMA” Cuanta razón hay es esta frase y tan fluido que llegamos a este tema, donde ser felices no siempre es con todo el dinero del mundo no siempre es con grandes cosas, a veces ser felices es poder comer un rico pollo asado en el parque de juegos sin afán de ir a jugar porque disfrutas tu bocado de comida viviendo lo más rico que para ti es la felicidad
