Hello beautiful friends, fellow musicians, and lovers of good music on hive. I hope this post finds you well and happy. This is Stefanovah and I'm here for week 199 of our Hive Open Mic... For the week we have the theme Brasil chosen by @boeltermc . The theme made me think of @lyon-89 who loves to sing Brazilian songs even though he isn't from there. Shout out to you bro ✌🏽

I had checked the theme of this week already last weekend and watched a live video of the song that came to my mind, but I decided against the song due to the gestures being made in the video which hints at a meaning that doesn't really sit well with me, especially as a Christian. So I decided to look for another Brazilian song or a song about Brazil I can easily learn and sing... In this very same week I was registering and preparing for an exam i've been planning to write since last year, so I didn't get the chance to find any such song. Infact I doubted I'd be able to participate in hive at all this week but I thank God for the strength. The exam was today, I just got back not long ago, having an headache and then I saw a post by @fab-tay mentioning me as someone he looks out for when it comes to music on hive and is consistent. This got me pumped up, and I decided I'm not about to disappoint now.

So here I am, back with the song I didn't wanna do. I revisited the lyrics and saw it just says Oh if I catch you. It's pretty much just about how you interpret it and as I far as this cover is concerned if I catch her I'm just gonna tickle her so please get your mind outta the gutter 😅.... By the way I first heard this song in the football game PES2013 and have known the Portuguese lyrics ever since. I really like to play those games, PES and FIFA and I'm quite good at it. As the song says If you're also a player and I catch you in either of them, you won't know what hit you 😎

Soy Stefanovah y estoy aquí para la semana 199 de nuestro Hive Open Mic... Para la semana tenemos el tema Brasil elegido por @boeltermc. Ya revisé el tema de esta semana el fin de semana pasado y vi un video en vivo de la canción que me vino a la mente, pero decidí no escucharla debido a los gestos que se hacen en el video que insinúan un significado que en realidad no tiene. Siéntate bien conmigo, especialmente como cristiano. Así que decidí buscar otra canción brasileña o una canción sobre Brasil que pudiera aprender y cantar fácilmente... En esta misma semana me estaba registrando y preparándome para un examen que había estado planeando escribir desde el año pasado, así que no No tengo la oportunidad de encontrar ninguna canción así. De hecho, dudaba que pudiera participar en Hive esta semana, pero agradezco a Dios por la fuerza. El examen fue hoy, acabo de regresar no hace mucho, tenía dolor de cabeza y luego vi una publicación de @fab-tay mencionándome como alguien a quien él cuida cuando se trata de música en Hive y es consistente. Esto me animó y decidí que no voy a decepcionarme ahora.

Así que aquí estoy, de vuelta con la canción que no quería hacer. Revisé la letra y vi que solo dice Oh, si te atrapo. Se trata básicamente de cómo lo interpretas y, en lo que respecta a esta versión, si la pillo, solo le haré cosquillas, así que, por favor, saca tu mente de la cuneta 😅.... Por cierto, escuché esta canción por primera vez. en el juego de fútbol PES2013 y desde entonces conozco la letra en portugués. Realmente me gusta jugar esos juegos, PES y FIFA, y soy bastante bueno en eso. Como dice la canción Si tú también eres jugador y te pillo en cualquiera de las dos no sabrás qué te pegó
