| Todos los equipos clasificados (Cardenales, Leones, Bravos, Tiburones y Tigres) tenían la oportunidad en el orden de como terminaron en la LVBP en su ronda regular de elegir a dos peloteros de los 3 equipos eliminados (Caribes, Magallanes y Águilas), una adición y una sustitución. Los Cardenales de Lara tomaron de refuerzos a Silvino Bracho y Ángel Reyes (Ambos peloteros pertenecientes a las Águilas del Zulia). Los Leones del Caracas a Anthony Vizcaya y Balbino Fuenmayor (Peloteros pertenecientes a los Navegantes del Magallanes y los Caribes de Anzoátegui respectivamente). Los Bravos de Margarita a Alí Castillo (Pelotero perteneciente a las Águilas del Zulia). Los Tiburones de La Guaira a Luis Torrens (Pelotero perteneciente a los Navegantes del Magallanes). Los Tigres de Aragua a José Pirela y Jesús Sucre (Ambos peloteros pertenecientes a las Águilas del Zulia).
