Hello afri-tunes community and everyone on hive, I hope we're doing okay. It's Afri-tunes week #77 and this week I'll be sharing with us a cover version of B'Ola (honour) by sunmisola. She's a Nigerian gospel music minister. Actually this is her first song I'll get to know about, maybe because I'm not really into checking out new songs this days.
But this particular piece is a very nice one, just that it's Yoruba all through, so the non Yoruba's might not understand, though I dropped the English translation of the lyrics. Just like @merit.ahama said the other time that I should allow the non Yoruba's breathe, fortunately I'm here again with another Yoruba song, don't know what she will say this time. 😃🙈
Alright lets dive into what the song is all about, so far we know that God is the owner of our lives, the creator of everything who also knows us, our life should give glory, honour and adoration to God at all times. He deserves all, and it's best we return all glory back to Him.
I'll be playing the guitar to accompany my voice, yes I will not forget to add that I'm still a learner on the guitar, so I'm just practising to be perfect like my bosses. I hope you find this presentation of mine interesting, thanks and God bless.
Oba to Ni mi,
To da mi, To mo mi O
Oba to Ni mi,
To da mi, To mo mi O
(My King that owns me,)
(Made me and knows me)
