I think Jump rope exercise is one of the underrated workout with high benefits, and one of many exercises that I would recommend for any beginners.
Everytime I would hit the gym, after stretching, instead of doing stationary bike or jog instead, I would do jump rope as my warm up before hitting the weight lifting. Usually I would do it 10-15 minutes.
The best approach anyone can time it is by listening to 4-5 music tracks!

In this modern world we live in, I believe everyone should never neglect exercise, and should be added to our daily routine, similar to brushing our teeth or taking a bath, and be more inclined to it as we age.
