    About :

My first ever recorded Gods Unchained battle!

In the battle recorded in the video, I tried to win with the usual tactics. Put as many low mana cost creature cards on the board as fast as possible. That's why I use the Animal Bond god power and try to boost the Nature cards' strenght (which I neither needed nor had the opportunity to do in this battle). Quickly attack the opponent's god, if I can't win the battle within 10 turns, use these low mana cost cards to force the opponent to use his better spells before I pull my creature cards with higher mana costs.

This time it worked out, almost exactly how I planned. (The Grove Summon, gave 3 extra useful random Natura cards this time, too. Next to that, the Celestial Stag also gave a very useful 5 mana card.)

Anyway, I haven't posted about this game (or anything else) for almost 1 month, unfortunately the period before Christmas was too busy. However, from the weekend, the holiday vacation has already started for me, so I have more time for everything.

Nevertheless, I still had time for the weekend ranked battles, even if I couldn't play all 18 battles every weekend.

Since I saw a lot of people recording their battles, I gave it a try today. It's quite a pain. I have never used any screen recorder program before. This is experimental, so I didn't want to spend money on it, I probably didn't manage to find the best of the free ones. The main thing is the main thing, I finally managed to record my first battle! (Sorry about the watermark, either this is displayed or the watermark of the free software. If any of you could recommend a good and fast screen recorder that is easy to use, I would greatly appreciate it!)

    My current deck:

I know the Nature deck isn't the best choice for the above tiers, but I like it, and as I mentioned before, until I have the full Magic Control Deck, that's what I'll be using.

Anyway, my results are above the average Nature Decks. I'm kinda satisfied with the around 50% winrate with Nature Deck. You can play relatively fast battles with it, I already have enough experience to know when and against which decks it is not worth spending 15+ minutes on the battle, but you can give up after a few turns. Since the time I can spend to the game is limited, this is also important to me. (This is also the main reason why I don't experiment with new cards or decks until I have all the Magic cards for the next deck.)

My results for the past few days:

My ranked result from last weekend (I don't know why my Rating hasn't been updated for weeks).

It's good to see that I can now earn between 1.5-2 GODS on average with the entire Meteorite+ deck from the previous prize of around 1 GODS per day with the Plain/Meteorite mixture.

I've wanted to start tracking the value of my entire card collection in an Excel sheet many times, today I did it, and I will mention it in every post from now on, because I think it's also important.

During the holidays, I will have time to experiment a bit with the future Magic deck, and I will also be able to collect some of the necessary Meteorite+ cards.

    Have a nice day!
