Hive Music Festival - Week 39/Round 3- Nostalgia de la Noche (Original Song) •||@rodolfomandolina

Una nueva semana, para hacer música y expresarnos atraves de ella en este grandioso Festival. Cada día nos ponemos a prueba para ver de qué somos capaces ya sea ejecutando un instrumento o cantando, siempre hay cosas nuevas que aprender, e inspiraciones musicales que surgen de la nada o de sentimientos encontrados en momentos de nuestra vida.

Yo normalmente uso la mandolina para traer mis videos musicales porque es el instrumento que tengo ahorita operativo, aunque también tocó un poco de cuatro no había traído muchos covers o temas con el por temas de que el instrumento tiene detalles de afinación, ya que está partido por algunos lados o el puente demasiado alto.

A new week, to make music and express ourselves through it in this great Festival. Aún sabiendo esto, decidí agarrarlo para ver si podía afinarlo lo mejor posible y ponerme a practicar con el, ya que tengo bastante tiempo sin ejecutarlo, eran como las 11 de la noche, un día un poco nostálgico por varias cosas personales que van sucediendo, dieron paso a dejarse llevar sobre melodías y acordes que el momento salieron y fueron agarrando la forma de un tema musical.

Este tema original que decidí nombrar "Nostalgia en la Noche", lo ejecutó en el cuatro venezolano comenzando con algunos acordes y arpegios que transmiten un poco de melancolía, luego de eso pasamos al inicio de la rítmica que puede considerarse una combinación del pasaje venezolano y la onda nueva, luego le voy imprimiendo a la ejecución un poco más de velocidad, en la parte media me tomo el atrevimiento de crear un ambiente con una técnica del cuatro solista un poco difícil, es una especie de trinar y que cuesta un poco mantenerlo.

Even knowing this, I decided to grab it to see if I could tune it as best as possible and start practicing with it, since I have a long time without playing it, it was about 11 o'clock at night, a day a little nostalgic for various personal things that are happening, gave way to get carried away on melodies and chords that the moment came out and were taking the form of a theme song.

This original theme that I decided to name "Nostalgia in the Night", he executed it in the Venezuelan cuatro starting with some chords and arpeggios that transmit a little melancholy, after that we go to the beginning of the rhythmic that can be considered a combination of the Venezuelan passage and the new wave, Then I start to speed up the performance a little more, in the middle part I dare to create an atmosphere with a technique of the cuatro soloist that is a little difficult, it is a kind of trill and it is a little difficult to maintain it.

Mi idea al crear este tema era plasmar la nostalgia y la melancolía en la primera parte combinada con un aumento de intensidad, como si fueran los sentimientos del ser humano que se van volviendo más complejos e intensos.

Por cierto, nos les había comentado, pero hace poco llovió demasiado fuerte y el Río que está frente a mi casa Salió muy fuerte, así que el ruido que escuchan de fondo es eso, disculpen por eso.

My idea in creating this song was to capture the nostalgia and melancholy in the first part combined with an increase in intensity, as if they were the feelings of the human being that are becoming more complex and intense.
