Nowadays we have some habits before going to bed and when we get up in the morning that does more harm than good. We all use smartphones. You cannot imagine your life without your phone.
We do a lot of things on our phones. Even when you go to the bed, your phone is in your hands. You keep browsing, scrolling on social media, or watching videos. It affects the quality of our sleep in a negative way. You close your eyes and fall asleep, your brain is active. It takes some time for your brain to move to the stage where you get quality sleep.
So stop using smartphones before going to the bed. Again when you get up in the morning, the first thing you do is to check out your phone, message, email, notifications, and so on. It takes your valuable time. You can check out your phone another time.
